What you will get out of our program:
You will acquire crucial insights into yourself which will shift your thinking and transform your life.
You will learn new ways of thinking and new ways of being which will bring out improved actions and methods for success that you will keep for life. Like learning how to ride a bicycle, you will go out and practice, then fall, then practice some more, then fall, until finally you are riding the bike. There is no turning back because once you have mastered the behavior you can’t go back to not knowing how to ride a bicycle!
Who this program is designed for:
The people who apply for the Insight to Action program are put through a very effective screening process in order to ensure that every person who takes part in the program is motivated, dedicated, and 100% committed.
We are serious about our screening process so that each person comes in knowing that they will have other serious and committed individuals to count on through this important growth process. This program has only a 5% drop-out rate, which is an amazing statistic for the level of work that we are doing and the types of challenges that people face throughout the year.
Why we screen our applicants so carefully before allowing them to enroll in the program:
How Insight to Action will support your success: the curriculum and the structure of the program:
The next step is to go out into the world: your community, your relationships, your partnerships. You will interview these people and get feedback that will help you recreate your relationships. By the end of the program, you will create a life plan that is workable, inspiring, and flows from your purpose in life. We look at your purpose, vision, and mission, and map out all of the structures that are in alignment with your purpose, such that the results and experiences you are looking for in your life are guaranteed.
It is not easy to work on yourself in this way. You will be uncomfortable and you will have to deal with challenges. But if you do the work, you will get exactly the results you want out of this program. If you are in this “conversation” with yourself for a full year (looking at what’s possible, having insights, creating new actions and being held accountable), you will definitely shift and transform yourself and your life to a level you have never dreamed of!
Curriculum and Structure:
The Four Tenets of the Insight to Action program are:
Workability: Looking at what has been working for you and what hasn’t been working for you to get you where you want to be in your life.
Being and Doing: Taking a close look at who you are being in life and how well that matches how you want to be in life. We will examine what you are doing in your life, what results you are getting, and what you want to be getting.
Internal and External Structures: Looking at what is inside of you and what is in your environment that helps to construct your current life.
Conscious vs. Unconscious: We take a look at what it is that drives us – especially in our unconscious selves – that allows us to keep feeling, thinking and doing the same things over and over – even though it doesn’t serve us anymore. Then we can make choices that are conscious and powerful.
This is a one-year program. We have weekly group phone sessions and two weekends of training. The year is split up into four quarters. Each quarter there is a different coaching theme. The first quarter is devoted to uncovering the obstacles that are preventing you from achieving your best in life, what is operating in your life, and what controls your life. The second quarter is dedicated to setting up new structures and patterns that work to get you what you want in life. These new structures are crucial for your success because they will allow for you to be in alignment with your commitments and goals. In the third quarter, we look at communication: true communication that really allows you to listen, be heard, create effective relationships, and get results. You take your knowledge into the real world and talk with people, interview people, and develop supportive relationships. Finally, in the fourth quarter, you will actually create and develop a life plan that you will take with you in your life beyond this course.
Each quarter, you will be partnered with a different person. There are ten to twelve participants per group. Each week, each person is required to be on the phone with their partner for at least one hour a week. You have the choice of doing 4 fifteen minute calls or 2 half-hour calls per week. We give you homework, we give you an agenda, and we give you the weekly topics to discuss.
The weekend workshops are two solid days of training with the same group of people you will be working with the entire year. The first weekend retreat takes place in the first quarter of the program, and the second retreat is in the last quarter. Each retreat consists of two days of training in Boulder, Colorado.
What Insight to Action is not:
Why Insight to Action is the best choice for coaching:
The level of accountability, the curriculum, getting to know the members of your group, and the straight-talk from the coaches and group members are the keys to success that make this program so successful for the individual. When you include the sharing of resources, the peer coaching that automatically occurs, and the close interactions and relationships that develop, positive results are inevitable.
Why people love our program:
One of the biggest foundations of the Insight to Action program is simplicity. Our clients say that this program really works because it promotes simpler lives, not more complex. Deep down, most people want less, not more in their lives. They find that getting rid of clutter and other unhealthy parts of their lives actually makes them happier. And when those problematic areas of their lives are gone, there is more clarity and more room for effective action.
How this program is different than other workshops or programs:
The details of life tend to bog us down and weigh heavy on us. They distract us. They keep us busy. They keep us from fulfilling our true purpose. The commitments we make in our daily lives tend to keep us preoccupied. It is those details and busy-ness that causes us to merely react to life rather than truly living it to its fullest. In this program, each person will minimize these daily distractions and begin to clear things away that do not serve our purpose. Everything around us naturally supports our purpose, but sometimes old, unhealthy patterns that we have been taught interfere with that. Getting rid of these old ways and becoming more present to our purpose keeps us aligned and living our purpose. And living a life on purpose is where fulfillment lies… as well as results!
Since you will be with the same group of people throughout the entire year, you will have a level of accountability and valuable feedback from people whom you will get to know very well. Much of the power of the program comes from the peer-pressure, camaraderie, and the resources that each person provides above and beyond what the coaches provide.

FAQs
What if I get placed with a partner I don’t get along with? What if one of the group members is not holding to his or her responsibilities?
Is it less expensive to do group or one-on-one coaching?
How do I choose which is best for me? Insight to Action or one-on-one coaching?
In addition, many topics get brought up in a group setting that will prove to be very valuable for you, that might not otherwise be addressed.
In the group, the relationships that develop oftentimes are life-long. In fact, it is common for Mastermind groups to develop and continue on long after the coaching program ends.
We usually recommend one-on-one coaching for people who are looking for very specific, targeted coaching (for instance, creating and implementing a business plan within 3-6 months). Sometimes, people have “issues” that are just too private or too confronting to bring up in a group. If this is the case, we recommend starting with one-on-one coaching and then moving into a group at a later date.
Also, as mentioned in the previous paragraph, it is more cost-effective to do Insight to Action group coaching than the one-on-one coaching.
Are the weekend conferences included in the price of the program?
What is the purpose of the weekend retreats?
I would love to sign up for coaching, but I don’t think I can afford it.
Is there some way I can still do the coaching anyway?
