About Us

We bring a strong, life-long commitment to self-knowledge and growth, which clients say is one thing that separates us from other coaches. We are always doing work on ourselves and our life! We often use personal examples to help illustrate what we are working on in your life if that is of value for you.

Leslie Jones is President of Jones Associates, Inc., a corporate coaching and training firm.  A graduate of Michigan State University with a BA in psychology, Leslie began her career in computer sales. She quickly realized that she wanted to spend her time at work applying her love for people and her commitment to growth in a way that would help people reach their fullest potential.  In her mid-twenties, she started Let’s Go Live, a company that empowered and trained kids to create their own TV show.  Her mission was to give teens a voice into the world, uncensored by adults, thus allowing them to feel empowered and confident.  She then shifted her focus to include adult empowerment and began representing nationally renowned speakers to reach a larger community.  This was the beginning of her career in the training and coaching industry.

Leslie has been coaching top executives, management, financial advisors and wholesalers since 1998.  Her clients lie primarily in the financial services and real estate industries. She brings with her over ten years of experience in coaching and training.

Leslie’s passion, integrity and commitment to supporting people in leading extraordinary lives have contributed to her success in the training and coaching industry.  She has transformed thousands of lives and has generated and caused millions of dollars in revenue for her clients through her coaching.

Leslie lives with her husband, 3 children, 1 dog, and 3 cats in Boulder, Colorado

Dr. Martin Kettelhut received his PhD from Temple University in Philadelphia, and began his career as professor of ethics, logic and aesthetics at Villanova and Drexel Universities in Pennsylvania. His coaching practice grows out of a deep desire to take a PhD in philosophy into the market place and, like Socrates, make a difference for people through transformative conversation.

Since 1997, the lion's share of Martin's clients are professionals in financial services (from PaineWebber, Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley, Prudential), as well as other entrepreneurs, lawyers, doctors, accountants, clergy, even a food-&-wine critic. Martin was Co-founder and Head Coach of The Center for Excellence, a communications consulting firm specializing in training and coaching.

Martin designs and conducts many workshops and seminars worldwide on leadership, teambuilding and communication. He facilitates the Iris Forum, the first multipartisan environmental think tank.

Dr. Kettelhut maintains that bodily health, stillness of mind, and spiritual growth are crucial to the results he and his clients have produced together over the years. He is an avid swimmer, classical pianist, and counts among his highest achievements summiting Mount Kilimanjaro in August of 2000.
